My husband went to live with his daughter in GA the middle of August. I haven't talked to him since. I received change address for him from post office from our home in Detroit to GA. I need legal advice. I'm 76 & my husband 74. Please advise.

It is highly recommended that you file right away.
Once he has GA residency, he can file there.
