Do I need to notify courts of the other parent moving?

My daughter's father is expecting a child with a woman living several States away. Theyre due to get married next week and he announced he'll be moving to her state in the near future (undisclosed time). This will be his third move without letting the courts know. Am I obligated to let them know as soon as I do or do I simply request a Parenting Plan change when he leaves? Thank you from NH :) I currently have residential custody.
