Do I need to wait for wife to change name on the passport to married name before filing for I-130 form?

Hi Everyone, So my spouse is previously divorced so in her passport it has her ex husband's name. In the marriage certificate it is her birth name. She plans to change name on the passport to my name, my question is do I have to wait for the passport change to happen? If I don't have to wait, what name should go on the I-130 form. Any help is appreciated, Thank you!

You can file a visa petition for your spouse whether or not she changes the name on her passport. She is allowed to use her new married name. Consider working with an immigration attorney.
