Do I still need court orders to do so if he has given e a notarized letter stating consent for my children to move with me?

I am divorced from my children's father. I have custody of my children and they live with me. Our visitation was agreed upon by mutual agreement. I have since then, remarried. We are looking to move to another state because he was offered a better position. With that said, the children would be in a better place.
