Do I still owe child support after the age limit?

More details to this question:
My son was kicked out when he graduated and moved in with me. He also turned 19 the same month. Divorce papers clearly state the guidelines for when child support is to stop, yet my wages are still be garnished. Will a Judge order her to repay the over payments if I sue for them? Seems like a cut and dried case, based on the legal wording in my divorce papers, but every source I've heard from, I may be out of luck (money).

Fill out a termination of child support now. You can find it on line or at the local clerk's office. She will not have to repay the overage so do it now.
