I want full custody of my child, I don't want child support, I just want to move on and away from whatever situation he has put himself in. Her father has had DHS called on him for heroine or meth. He also has the police after him for credit card fraud charges. I also have a no contact order against him.

It is difficult to get sole legal and physical custody, but you have a good argument for it based on the drug use and protective order.  If you do not get full custody, you may be able to have any visits supervised with someone of your choosing.   Donna Miller Grefe & Sidney 515-245-4300
