More details to this question:
I got divorce papers prepared last year but never filed them..i couldnt afford the court filing fee then..but i can now..we have no kids or property not asking for spousal support..will i have an issue filing my papers with the court now?

It depends on what type of papers you have. If you did a property settlement agreement that was signed over a year ago, the court may ask for updated signatures. Other than that, you can go ahead and sign everything now and file the papers.
