Hello good evening, i got an order from n.Y fam.court my ex husband has to pay 68% doctor bill i signed a form to child collection to take care of it (go to the hearing) i am in germany and i refused to call on my cost and time just because he dont fallow the order.And it got dismissed.I belive the court cant dismiss an already existing order.I made an objection and it got dismissed too saying "he still own it" but after one year i still did not see any money and now the 2 bill coma along and he own now like 3000 Dollar and i wonder how i can reach what belong to my child.What can i do to get also the first doctor bill? regards and hello from germany.J.F

If you don't show up for a hearing or appear by telephone your petition will be dismissed. You presumably can re-file - but you do have to appear, or hire an attorney to appear on your behalf.
