My grandmother gifted me a Real Estate Property. I Have been married for less than 2 years. Is the property considered marital property in the event we get divorced? Would my wife have any claim on the property if we get divorced?

That depends. If it's in your name alone it would likely be separate property. If it's in joint names it's marital property.
