Does my client have a case to reopen a divorse settlement with new information (16 page mutual fund statement) which did not get included in divorse?

More details to this question:
Client went through a divorse, it is final. Client just found a 16 pages of mutual funds with market value of $52,668. Statement shows Clients EX withdrew $19,148 right before the divorse was filed. Client feels she got ripped off and did not get her fair share. Statement is very vague with no account numbers or name of fund company that is holding the funds. My advise to my client is to walk away. But my client is determined to fight to see if she can claim half of the portfolio. What kind of attorney should she seek?
Your client can attempt to reopen the matter, the difficulty of doing so, the likelihood of success and the expense would be determined, at least partially, on the time elapsed between the final order and now. She should consult a family law attorney to help her determine her best path forward.
