Does my ex have a case agaibst me for violating the child custody agreement

More details to this question:
On my ex's custody day I dropped off my daughter's ID to her at her friend's house. Then I gave her a ride to pick up another friend. I was with her for 10 minutes doing this. My ex saw me dropping her back off and is filing a complaint against me for violating the child custody agreement. Is this valid to have an injunction against me for this? It seems like a waste of the court's time, but I want to be prepared.

My initial reaction is that your ex is over-reacting and this would be fairly petty to pursue in court, however, I don't know from your post if this is an isolated event or there has been a long history of these type of incidents.
