Does my ex wife have a right to move our kid to a different state?

My ex wife and I just a few months ago changed our custody agreement where I have our 13 year old during school and she has her during the summer. She is planning to move from Illinois to California and is insistent that the 13 year old go with her there.

In brief, she has to have either your permission, or a court order, to remove the minor to another state.
