Does my girlfriend have any rights to my house?

1 1/2 years ago I bought a house and my girlfriend and her kids moved in with me and now I want to break up with her. She says she has rights to my house since we have lived together. The house is only in my name and I make the mortgage payment. She pays the utilities. We live in california

Ask a local CA lawyer, but i seriously doubt it, at least in my state, PA. Be careful she doesnt try to get you put out of your own home by alleging abuse. You should really document everything and talk to a lawyer.
