QUESTION

Does my son need a lawyer?

Asked on May 12th, 2015 on Divorce - Indiana
More details to this question:
My son is getting ready to file for divorce. Right now, he and his wife and 1 year old daughter live in Sullivan. They thought that they could agree on most but she has been telling him that he will onbly see his daughter every other weekend, she is keeping the house and he gets nothing, and she is telling him how much child support she wants. They own their home with little equity. My son would like to get his daughter at least 3 days a week. I told him that he needed to at least get a consult but he has really hardly any money at all and we wondered about what it might run. Thank you very much, Christie
