More details to this question:
I was subp I was subpoenaed to testify against my boyfriend tomorrow in court an I really don't want to testify against him but also he went against the protective order they have on me and since he contacted me will I get in trouble in contempt in court

If you were properly served the subpoena then it is a valid court order you must comply with.
