In 2014, my husband and I were in a bad fight. Police picked him up and he sat in county jail for 3 days. They kept resetting his court date for 4 months until he finally was fed up and he plead No Contest. They gave him time served. We have overcome that obstacle in our life and much happier. People can really do a full 360. Now, he has gone to school for HVAC and is licensed, but no one will hire him with his background. We cannot get it expunged as we understand that part, what can we do??? We've applied for a full pardon, but that's still pending. Is there any other way to go about this? ? Please help!!!

He may have to do some research to find a company that would hire him with his background. There are some companies who specialize in helping people with criminal backgrounds. He may also consider starting his own company. If he doesn't have a business background, maybe he could partner with someone who does.
