child support my husbands daughter age 18 who he pays child support for moved out of her mothers house and now lives with her grandparents (husbands parents) is he still obligated to pay child support. i know the law is 21 or emancipated but i didnt know if that qualifies. thanks so much

He should file a petition in the Family court to stop paying and have the court find that she is emancipated. Good luck.
