ending child support

More details to this question:
I currently pay $450 a month child support plus medical expenses for my 14 year old son that I have not seen in a year and a half. He has informed me that he no longer wants me in his life what do I need to do to sign over my parental rights and quit paying child support. He lives in Georgia with my ex wife and I live in South Carolina
