ending of child support

More details to this question:
My husband resently called child support and was told that he was finished paying child support until his daughter would graduate or turn 18 whichever came first now they are telling him that he has to pay all of June and the month of July as well but her birthday is on July 10th and she graduated on June 9th and he does not understand why he has to pay all of both months months when she already graduated graduated is there anything he can do because he doesn't want to pay all both months he does not think is fair has always been on time on payments. What can he do??

I think there is a misunderstanding. The statute governing child support states that the duty of support continues until age 18 (or until 19, if the child is still in high school).  Presuming support is payable on the first of the month, the child in question was apparently still 18 on both June 1 and July 1, making support payable those months.
