Ex voliating custody agreement

More details to this question:
My ex lives with a sex offender.the sex offender is not allowed to stay nights and not allowed to be left alone with my kids.my my ex is leaving them alone with him and he is staying all night.what do I do? so far I just have kept them away afarid that guy is gonna rape my kids.

I'm assuming there is an Order of Court somewhere that says he has to stay away.  If there is, then he's in violation of the Order and you can file a Petition for Contempt of Court, saying that he violated the Order. If he has a parole or probation officer, you may also want to get in touch with that person. I'm also assuming that there is a Custody Order of Court that gives you the right to see your children on some basis.  If you think they should be spending more time with you because they are not safe at mom's house, then you can file a Petition to Modify (change) the current Custody Order.
