QUESTION

Ex wife not making payments

Asked on Jan 06th, 2018 on Divorce - Utah
More details to this question:
I am in need of some help dealing with my ex wife. We divorced last spring. We agreed to pay our own car payments, both of which are in my name. She has been late every single month and even went in to default last summer. We also have a credit card that we both agreed to make payments on. She has not made a single payment and my half is just about paid off. What are my options to get her to refinance the car to remove my name from it? How do I force her to make payments on the credit card? My credit score is taking a severe hit and I would like to know what options I have.
