More details to this question:
I recently was served with eviction an child custody petition. After 7 years the father of my two sons 4yrs an 11mnths,he retained an attorney to serve me a eviction notice and 2 days later a child custody petition. I packed up me and my sons an had to move out of the home, the only thing my boys know. I provide the health insurance, food, diapers, cloths, an any meds needed, all their needs with no help or support from their father. His attorney has sent me 4 proposals so far and every one of them is proposing I still provide all things for our children daily living needs child care and also health insurance, and he pay nothing including no child support an his employer offers health coverage yet still wants me to carry it for children.

There is no way a judge would approve an arrangement where there is no child support paid by the father.  You should consult an attorney.  Most offer a no/low cost consultation to start.     DONNA R.
