Can I gain sole custody of my three children when he gets deported? He is currently homeless, told me his green card expired and may be getting deported. I have primary custody and he only gets them 3 weeks out of the summer if he has his own place.

You probably can get sole legal custody if he is deported. He may still get some visitation, unless you can show risk to the children to visiting him in his home country.
