Father not bringing child back from visitation

More details to this question:
It is court ordered that my children be brought back to me by tomorrow afternoon...Their father said he will not be bringing the children back home. I am sole custodial parent. What can I do other then calling the police

If the father refuses to return the children and the custody order is clear, then the police may assist in getting the children returned. If the order is not clear, then you may consider filing an emergency contempt motion. Best wishes.
