Father Rights

More details to this question:
I just found out I have a son a year ago and have done everything to be a good father but his mother will not except any help and refusing to let me see my son. She is taking me to court for child support which is no big deal but will I get vistation rights like I should. I am not on the birth certificate and he does not have my last name but I have a DNA results can I get these things changed?

You will have a right to visitation and the mother will not be able to refuse unless you have a serious criminal record, a history of abuse or a drug addiction. Other factors may limit or curtail visitation, but the standard rule is that a parent has a right to reasonable visitation.
