More details to this question:
I have two court order and I'm wounding if I should go to police. because I have a court order that say they are not to be without supervision. The grand parent took daughter over father house and let her stay the night I have it recorded if I did this what would this do for me. Father is trying to modify the case their is a hearing soon. This happened before Thanksgiving.

The police likely will not help in this situation. You need to file a petition for contempt with the judge who entered the order.
