QUESTION

Foreign Divorce Process

Asked on Aug 07th, 2017 on Divorce - Iowa
More details to this question:
Hi there, I was married in the US to a European and the divorce took place there. I have just received the final paperwork in the mail along with an official translation. Is there anything else I will have to do to make it "final" in Iowa, such as presenting a copy to the courts? I don't currently have a lawyer and the county recorder was unable to provide information. Thank you.
