More details to this question:
My ex's deceased mother has annuity that has yet to be paid out. I was just notified of this 2 days ago. She was decased as of may 2010. we divorced in 2013. AM I entitled to any of these funds. This wqas not part of the divorce as he did not make this known during the process

If it's an inheritance to him you are not entitled.
