Gaining sole custody

More details to this question:
I have a mother who doesn’t pay child support and violating the court agreement. The courts don’t want to give me sole custody because of the agreement which was an agreement. What are the conditions for losing custody even if she attends court.

The way you worded your question seems like you already have an attorney. If that is the case than you will need to discuss your concerns with them. Based on what you have provided it appears the case is not being managed actively. If there is a current agreement registered in court, and she is not following, you will need to file a contempt motion and penalize her rights for now following agreement.
