Hired Atty 5/7/2014 for divorce. Involved case, vry lrg file. Atty agreed to, stated good prospects possible. Calld every 3-4 wks for report, hard to reach, never returned calls, had to ambush in office. Made appt for report january where she apologized for negelecting case," file so big just kept putting it off". Promised to" dig in and make up for poor start". Did manage to have meeting month ago but still had some more of the file to finish up. Called 1 wk ago and still hadnt found time to finish reviewing file. We are close to negotiations. What can I say?do to light a fire under her to wrap this up?????

If an attorney isn't working for you, have a frank discussion with that attorney. If the results of the conversation are unsatisfactory, find another attorney!
