Hi my name is Diane. I just found out that I am a grandmother.my son DOES NOT want anything to do with the baby.can he sign his rights over to me?

In FL grandparents have no independent timesharing and/or "custody" rights. In order for your son to give you the legal permission to be the child's custodian, the child's mother needs to give permission as well.
