More details to this question:
Im not married to my child''s father but we''ve been together for 4 1/2 yrs and lived together for 3 of those yrs and ive been thinking aout breaking up with him. when i was talking about this with his mom bc we''ve gotten so close, she understands my reasons for possibly leaving but as soon as i told her this she talked about getting a lawyer and making sure she gets her grandparent rights bc she thinks that with me moving out will make her see my child less to not at all. She has babysat for me plenty of times and is great with her but im wanting to know if i were to break up with my boyfriend and she were to try and get grandparent rights would she even have a leg to stand on enough to even take me to court for it??? what do all her rights as a grandparent include???

Grandparent rights are different in every state.  Some states don't permit grandparents to even seek any time with grandchildren, if the parents are against it.  You should really check with a family law attorney in your area.  Many give free consultations.
