My parents had custody of my great niece. My parents past away this past July 2013. I lived with my parents and help bring her up. Now that my parents are gone her father came and took her out of the house she has lived in her whole life. The father is now not allowing my to see her. I live in Mass. Is there anything I can do.

Ask a local MA lawyer if your state recognizes custody right for family members who are not parents. PA does so with grandparents who meet certain criteria.
