More details to this question:
I took over guardianship over a year ago for my little brother to go to school and medical treatments... He moved back with his mother and I was wondering how I can give it up so I don't get into trouble for this he's does now...

The easiest way is for his mother to sign a new document revoking guardianship. Otherwise, send his mother a certified letter stating that you are relinquishing guardianship to her.
