my daughter recently got child support after 5 yrs w/out now her x husband is harrasing w/text messages saying she ruined his life hope shes ahppy cuz he wil lose everything

If he has made threats, she should file for a Protection from Abuse Order (PFA). If he is merely harassing her, she needs to demand he stop immediately. If he does not, she needs to file charges for harassment and/or stalking.
