he has posetion of a vehicle that has my name on the title and is refusing to hand over the property.

He file for a divorce in April of 2011, finalized in March of 2012. we moved back in together in December 2012. then moved into a home that he has bought. on the divorce decree states that I am to add him to the title, which he has never pushed till now. the vehicle is paid off. he has told me and the police that the title is in his name only. I have gotten proof of the contrary. he has position of this vehicle, keys and has the original title is with his parents. I have asked for this vehicle several times. while we were married still we put down 8000 on the vehicle, I also worked so we were making the payments, when we separated for the year, I would give him money to help with the bills. there were some times that he was the one covering most of the payment. the final payment was made out of my tax return along with gave him 4000 for the down on the house. the decree also states that I am to pay him 6500 for vehicle. We also have two kids together.
