i have moved to nevada , i have a child support case in oregon i have 3 children on the support order. i know 2 of the kids are mine for sure, the third child the youngest i know is not mine he looks nothing like me and looks just like my best friend, even my friend admits to having relations with her time of conception and the child looks just like him . oregon djcc will not help me in getting dna test . i was in prison and jail during there time frame of before age 1, i need help in filing court ordered dna test how do i do that from another state??? i having been paying support on child 10 years. have only seen him once because she knows i know hes not mine and shes affraid id do a home dna test please i need help i do not know were to start or were to go
