my ex son-n-law will not give my daughter the address where he lives since he has moved from his mother's. they share custody of a 3 yr old daughter. his actions are in question n in the past 12 months has been arrested 4 times. his mother had returned said child to my daughter 3 wks ago during his wk..she had been here till he brought police the 2nd time. 2nd officer stated that he didn't have to tell where he lived, only had to be at address on divorce papers on Sunday at 6 for us to pick her up. i don't understand this, i thought an address was required..

A parent is entitled to know where their child is sleeping at night. If it is not spelled out in the divorce order, then it needs to be put in.
