How binding is a temporary guardianship signed and notarized?

More details to this question:
Does the mother of the child have the right to pick up the child when she wants to after signing and notarizing the temporary guardian papers?

A temporary guardianship is just that temporary. However, the terms of the guardianship are enforceable and the temporary guardian has the right to set down her rules and boundaries. If you are not happy with the guardian's rules, you can attempt to revoke the guardianship.

Yes. The parent who grants a temporary guardianship or delegation of powers (without going through Court) can revoke the same at any time.
