my daughter is almost three i want to change her name.i want to give her my boyfriends name he has been raising her since four months he takes care of her and provides everything she needs and wants.her dad is around but ever since we departed he dosent bother as much he dosent help me with anything at all.i dont want to take his rights but i want to change her name it is afiliaed with his name he dosent dserve for that sweet angel to have his name!my boyfriend wants to adopt her soon but we want to start with the first and las name first
