My husband and I have been separated since 2010. He received the first documents when I served him because he tried to respond but didn't send in payment. Now I have to go through all these motions in order to get a dissolution. My application for posting was denied. What is my next step?

Family Law Attorney serving Fountain Valley, CA at Law Office of Edwin Fahlen
Update Your Profile
If your husband has been served there is no need to get an order for posting. You can proceed by the default process. This is where you may need some legal help, as it appears legal procedures may be difficult for you to comprehend.
