Hello. I'm an italian guy married to an american guy. Our marriage has been celebrated in nyc on january 2013. My husband never started the process for the green card, and he became violent and abusive. Psycological and phisical abuse, violent attitude. I am tired of this situation, scared that he might go over, seen that his reactions are getting always worste. He promised to start the process so many times, he just kept real his blackmails. What can I do to be safe, and end this abuse?? How can i stay here legally? Which protection do I have here about getting a divorce? Please I need help as soon as possible. Thank you
