I've been married since the March 1st my name is Joshua and my wife's name is Kayle and it's been about almost two weeks I believe my wife is abusive she makes fun of me I am a slow learner I draw SSI and she takes advantage of me I don't know what to do I had to get this a divorce so I can move on with my life so if you can give me some pointers or anything that can really help would be greatly appreciated thank you

If your wife and you agree that this marriage should not continue, then you can jointly file a Simplified Dissolution of Marriage Petition. This is a link that includes the directions as to when this form can be used and what to do with it.
