How can I get a guy to take a paternity test

I think that he could be the father, and I would like to collect child support if he is. He is refusing to take the test.

You need to contact your local child support enforcement office. They will have the power to file a case on your behalf and force him to take the paternity test.
To hire a lawyer to do the work could be quite expensive and child support services will ask the court to suspend his license if he does not pay if ordered to do so.
