More details to this question:
My ex has not stopped asking to talk about our legally terminated marriage. I have asked to stop but I was answered that we live in a free country and anything can be told and asked. The text are very insistent and they keep accusing me of being the reason of the end of the divorce that I requested. I am also accused of not apologizing for all of my actions that led my ex to act the way it did that caused my petition for divorce. We share custody so communication is important. How can I get it to stop? How can I get a judge to order the use of apps such as the "our family wizard" to limit the harassment?

I cannot believe that any app can stop harassment. I do not believe that all of this is harassment. Freedom of expression is fundamental to our government and society. You need to show abuse of that right. You are free to offer your version of events to your X's audience (who may just roll their eyes at him in disbelief). If you can show conscious falsehoods, reckless disregard for falsehoods, or divulgement of your private affairs as to which he has no legitimate interest to discuss you might get somewhere in seeking a restraining order and/or damages.
