How can I get my name removed from my ex husband life insurance?

My ex husband has the life insurance policy on me that we took out when we were married, but he as changed the policy. My ex husband friends get all the policy money at my death. Not our children. My ex husband is making the payments. How Do I get out of the insurance. We together started this insurance when we were married. At that time our children got the money. now he has changed to to his friends when either he or I die.

If the policy was taken out during marriage and he owns the policy you may not be able to have the policy changed. As a policy owner he can change beneficiaries.
