Hello. I'm a 17 year old girl and have major issues going on at home. I have two younger brothers. My mother hasnt been home for about 2 months now. My mom is a liar, thief, and I recently think that she's been taking pills with her boyfriend. Keep in mind that most of this happens to ONLY me. This upcoming month, my brothers and I are moving in with her boyfriend, who has abused her to the point she had marks and was hurting, obviously. To add to all of this, my mom steals all my money that I've saved up since I was 14. Its gotten so bad, I dont even know how much is in the bank, if there's even a bank account. Im looking for ways to try and get out of her custody. Ive did some research and found emancipation. Could I have more information on it?? I have a job, I'd just have to have more hours to make more money. Any information would be so incredibly appreciated. Thanks!

Given your age and the fact that your mother isn't around, can you go and live with your father? If that isn't an option, would they consent to your staying with another family member like your grandparents or an aunt or uncle?
