my husband moved out over 2 years ago and hasn't given me a dime for food or clothing, etc. He pays the house expenses. i am in debt for over 60k and cannot afford to pay this back. I work p/t making $15.00 an hour. How can I get temporary support from my husband..been married for 26 years. should my lawyer be requesting temp support in the courts?

If you have a lawyer that attorney should know how to seek support - and know that waiting two years is often fatal to a support request.
