Hello, Your son does not wish to be transitioning from one house to another, and you mention you do not have court-appointed custody. What I am assuming is that you guys never went to court for the child custody matter and work with one another to establish 50/50. What may be possible since you guys are working and very cooperative, is to try and talk to him if he will be willing to do in-house visitation, where he will be able to come to meet with the child as that would be the best interest for the child. If he does not agree then you should contact an attorney to start the court litigation process to establish by the court such arrangement which will be beneficial for you and your son.
