QUESTION

How can I reverse a temporary child custody order?

Asked on Feb 06th, 2016 on Child Custody - California
More details to this question:
The mother has a very recent history of neglecting the child as well as doing some harder drugs, (Cocaine, Meth) A judge granted her a restraining order against me as well as a temporary full custody mandate after coming to my house harassing my family, I had already filed paperwork in order to fight for full custody of the child. Police officer came to my house and stated that I have to hand over the child tomorrow because her paperwork trumps mine. I need serious help to save my child.

I hope you complied with the order.  What you need to do is see the Family Law Faciliator at your county courthouse right away.  There is no fee, and that person is an attorney who can guide you through the process to expedite your getting before a judge, perhaps an ex parte motion for custody based on risk of immediate harm to the child.
